Psychological causes leads to day time tiredness. You feel sad and lacking in energy due to late night out, staying extra hours at your office or work, watching favorite TV shows or movie late night. Psychological causes are more common than physical causes. Psychological causes may include stress, depression, fatigue, anxiety and physical causes are likely to be obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, glandular fever, restless legs, anemia etc.

Fatigue is a relapsing tiredness that may deteriorate your health and making it worse. This has been occurred by improvement from being survived with an injury or you have missed lot of sleep. If you wake up in the morning, feeling like fizzy and lazy as you have not slept whole the day. Stress can lead to depression that may also occur of not sleeping as well or you might have occurred with severe case that is unable to recover yourself and be continued to increase stress and depression. The strains of daily life that usually happened in common days may also lead to stress. Your tiredness may result of low mood or anxiety that may deal with sleep problems or a disorder like generalized anxiety disorder.

Anemia is the condition that have seen in both men and women in every age group but most commonly seen in pregnant women also and caused due to iron deficiency. You can’t be bothered to do anything, your muscles feel heavy, and you get tired very quickly. This problem might occur with problems having stomach and intestines. A long-term condition caused by too much sugar (glucose) in the blood, is feeling very tired. The other key symptoms are feeling very thirsty, going to the toilet a lot, and weight loss. Your legs might have suffered with jerk or pain which keeps you awake at night and this is the reason that you feel tired all the day. Glandular fever is a common viral infection that is responsible for causing weakness, sore throat and swollen glands.
